separating

there was a brief honeymoon period, but luxuryloves will come back out of hiatus after a couple months of having skeleton + brains together. we must both go do our separate things for a while, so it means we will be writing again. I'm not sure who actually reads this except the two of us so i think it just means we'll be posting our daily outfits again, and blocking out the faces. i love that.

we had a little celebration last nigh at MARS 2112. that i need to get pictures from. it is the alien themed restaurant in times square. INCROYABLE.

zoosies and birdsies

brains and i met up today for the first time in 6 months after our last reunion which was at a very small restaurant and we walked in the rain. that last time, we wanted to have an early bird dinner. it was around 530/6pm when we met but we were at dinner till about 930/10.

THIS TIME AROUND WE MET UNDERGROUND AND WENT TO THE ZOO.

I STARTED TO TYPE IN ALL CAPITALS TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE TWO TIMES

TODAY WE SAW A TIGER, A SNOW LEOPARD, A JIRD (NOT A BIRD), PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT COLOURS, ORIENTATIONS, POLAR BEARS, PREZTELS, REALLY WEIRD PEOPLE WHO SPOKE ALIEN TONGUES, A WILD SNAKE, A PICTURE OF A SEAGULL WITH A STARFISH IN ITS MOUTH, SOME LEMURS, ZEBRA, A DORA THE EXPLORER ICE CREAM, FROZEN WATER, A WOMAN WITH A LOT OF STUBBLE, BUT SHE HAD A BABY AND SOME LIFE SIZE BARBIES. THOSE ARE TO NAME A FEW.

okay, there are a few things we need to discuss.  

1. Happy Easter and Passover. Though Brains and I won't really reveal much about our personal details, I thought this would be an opportunity to upload one picture of my dog, with his face censored, but wearing a bunny costume nonetheless. 

2. how good looking is takeshi kaneshiro.

3. i'm obsessed with this embroidery store I just discovered with hand stitched macarons and crystals.  The owner's name is "Billie" but she's a girl.  She told me crochet and embroidery saved her from a life of misery at a corporate advertisement job

Luxury/Tragedy

There was also a brief tragedy that happened in our world. I'm at this amazing mall I like to go to because of their collection of Moomins.  But i have some sad news.  They took down their high-end section with porcelains, silverware, vases, and suitcases. I'm so upset by this.  They were the sole distributor of these products and I have to wait for better days to come.

The luxury was getting a donut and seeing this girl at starbucks say in an really awful voice "Excuse me, did you say 45$ or 35$ and does cold mean it comes with ice?"

That made me chuckle
